Mark Graduated with a degree in biology from Aquinas College in 1995. He spent four years in the commercial/industrial construction field followed by a three year career in the power industry before obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2001. Upon Graduating he took a staff position at a level 2 inner city trauma center where he remained until his acceptance to LECOM Bradenton. During this time he also staffed a 10 bed community hospital ER and a 25 bed suburban ER. Mark has plans for retuning to practice emergency medicine in the Grand Rapids area. Back mark.shank@lecom.edu
