	Charter

Article I: Name
This organization will be known as the LECOM Bradenton Internal Medicine Club.

Article II: Purpose
The purpose of LECOM Bradenton Internal Medicine Club is to represent students who are interested in Internal Medicine. The club emphasizes pragmatic learning by:

Reading and discusing journal articles
Providing shadowing opportunities
Organizing skill sessions and workshops
Providing information on training and career opportunities

Article III:
Membership & Dues To become a member of the Internal Medicine Club, one must Fill out an application Pay club dues determined by the organization's executive committee

Article IV:
Club Officers shall consist of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Research Coordinator. These officers constitute the organization's executive committee. Officers are elected by majority vote every March with the newly elected officers assuming authority in April.
